Complaints Procedure

We strive to ensure every customer is 100% happy with the product and service they have been provided however in the event you are not happy please write or email your complaint to:

Upon receipt we will attempt to make contact with you within 2 working days to acknowledge your complaint and gather any additional information required.

Within 5 further working days we will provide a decision regards your complaint and the reasons behind the decision.

Upon receipt of an appeal Trevor Finlay (or his designate) will attempt to make contact with you within 2 working days to acknowledge your appeal and gain an understanding of the issues around the original decision.

Within 5 further working days we will provide a final decision regards your complaint.
